SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER: Goleta, CA; Harbor City, CA HBE Corporation has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Engineer for both Goleta, CA and Harbor City, CA. This person must have a BSCE Degree or a BS Degree in Construction Management and 10+ yrs. of experience. This person needs to have the maturity and leadership ability to train and direct the operations of the Project Engineers in the field on the jobsite, be aggressive in the enforcement of Contract Documents, pursuit of information expediting of materials the management of Subcontracts, Purchase Orders and changed documents, be thoroughly knowledgeable of construction methods and procedures, and be able to participate in and contribute to the decision-making process to ensure the timely completion of the project within budget and to the Owner's satisfaction. Must be able to read plans, interpret specifications and contracts.
