SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT: Harbor City, CA

HBE Corporation has an immediate opening for a Senior Supt. for Harbor City, CA. This person must have a Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 10 years of experience as a superintendent working on a large hospital project for a general contractor. Will be responsible for the on-site management of a portion of the project, coordination of the trades, ensuring quality control, enforcing safety, and completing the project on-time and within budget. Must be able to communicate effectively and provide supervision of subcontractors. This is for a New Project in Harbor City, CA. Any previous Hospital and OSHPD Experience on California Projects is highly desirable.
