Candidates must have 1-3 years experience in operation / testing of HVAC systems including water-cooled or air-cooled chiller plants, primary-secondary pumping systems, variable-flow primary-only pumping systems, air handling units, fans and control systems or equivalent mechanical systems. Must have good communication skills, be computer literate and be able to travel. Bachelor's degree is desirable; equivalent experience will be considered. Responsibilities include preparation of commissioning plans, pre-functional checklists and test procedures; performing construction inspections, testing equipment and systems, report writing, running meetings and discrepancy resolution. Assuming project management responsibilities is a desired function of this position and candidates that demonstrate that experience or potential will be given preference.
