Seeking a Senior Industrial Hygiene/Health and Safety Specialist. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of OSHA regulatory requirements in General Industry, experience in conducting health and safety audits, development and implementation of compliance programs, best management practices in general industry with experience in completing human health risk assessments a major advantage. Candidate must also have hands on experience in developing and conducting training programs in support of compliance programs. The candidate must possess knowledge and experience in OSHA/NIOSH industrial hygiene sampling and analytical methods and the ability to develop appropriate sampling and monitoring protocols as new potential worker exposure scenarios arise. Experience with the utility industry is a plus. * You must be team-oriented and an effective communicator and experienced in conducting health and safety audits and training. * The successful candidate must possess an undergraduate degree in the sciences with a minimum of 10 years in consulting. A certification in industrial hygiene (CIH) is mandatory, with certification as a safety professional (CSP) desirable. * You must be able to wear personal protective equipment and respirators as necessary. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
